X Raptor Construction

Recently within the last month, vertical construction has begun on X Raptor at Gardaland.

September 29, 2010 - The first piece of track is installed in the station.

October 1, 2010 - More track is in the station, with the track before the lift hill installed. The final brake run and final turn is installed too.

October 7, 2010 - The bottom of the lift hill is installed.

October 11, 2010 - A portion of a turn is up above the station.

October 16, 2010 - Support beams for the Zero-G-Roll are up.

October 21, 2010 - The Zero-G-Roll is up, and some lift pieces are waiting to be installed.

October 22, 2010 - Some of the lift hill has been installed.

October 28, 2010 - A wide catwalk has been installed on the lift hill pieces that have gone up.

October 29, 2010 - An inline twist has gone up at the end of the ride. Three supports have gone up as well.

This looks beyond incredible! =D Hopefully one of these comes to America soon (like a Pteranodon-themed one at IOA, behind Thunder Falls Terrace in JP, and Pteranodon Flyers converted to Canopy Flyer with the new trains)! =D
