Good Riddance

I was originally going to post this last week, but I was sick. Last week, Michael Sarver was kicked out of American Idol. YES! Not that he's an awful person, he's just not a good singer. Glad to see him kicked out. The people in the bottom three other than Sarver were Matt Giraud and Scott MacIntyde. I was shocked about Giraud being in the bottom. It was between Matt and Sarver. Sarver left.

Iron Man 2 update

It has been a while since I last talked about this (last summer), but I watched "Deco Drive", and it said that Scarlett Johansson will be playing Black Widow in the upcoming Iron Man sequel. Yes, Johansson will be playing Natasha Romanova/Black Widow. Here is a picture of the Black Widow:

Scarlett Johansson will make an exemplary Black Widow. She just needs to dye her hair red.

American Idol

Sorry for the long wait, I was constricted by the FCAT, and 3rd quarter exam today. This comment is about who my favorite singer of American Idol is, and how season 8 is going.

Here are my favorites:

Male Female:

Adam Lambert Alison Iraheta

My favorite male singer of season 8 is Adam Lambert, because he is the most exemplary singer I have ever heard during season 8. Alison Iraheta's my favorite female, because she has a beautiful voice, and she reminds me of a classmate of mine who is pretty hot.

Now here is an update on season 8.

Yeah I was a bit shocked when the final 12 became the final 13, and the judges can save a contestant from leaving (once). So anyways here is a list of the final 13:

1. Alexis Grace (kicked off 11th)
2. Michael Sarver
3. Danny Gokey
4. Alison Iraheta
5. Kris Allen
6. Adam Lambert
7. Lil Rounds
8. Scott MacIntyre
9. Jorge Núñez (kicked off 12th)
10. Jasmine Murray (kicked off 13th)
11. Megan Joy
12. Matt Giraud
13. Anoop Desai

The recent departures were disappointing, especially Alexis Grace. Why did they have to vote her off?! That incident angered me!>:(. Michael Sarver should have left. That guy ruined the country music as I know it!

P.S.: I really wanted to watch American Idol tonight, but Obama's speech is occuring so I'll have to wait till TOMORROW!

Manta Unveiled

On March 4, 2009, Manta's car was unveiled with a zero car shaped like a manta ray that will scoop up the water causing the splash effect. A zero car is a car without a row of seats. The first coaster to introduce the zero car is Alpengeist at Busch Gardens Williamsburg in March 22, 1997. In case you people who post on my blog do not know, Alpengeist is a B&M Inverted Coaster that stands 195 ft., thus making it the fastest inverted coaster in the world. After Alpengeist opened, there were no other new zero cars built, until the day Manta's car was unveiled. Here is a picture:

The Fair!

Today, I have gone to a fair in Miami Gardens and it had many rides. I had to give them tickets to ride them, that I rode only 3. Here are the rides:

1. Giant Expo Wheel (Ferris Wheel)
2. Yo-Yo (Chairswing)
3. Star Trooper (Orbiter)

My favorite of them is the Yo-Yo. And before I went on the swing, I have never gone on a swing before. It was wicked!

While on Star Trooper, I felt like my feet were about to rip off.

In the upcoming Harry Potter island at Universal, I think they should build a chairswing themed to the Whomping Willow.

P.S.: Before today, I have not gone on a ferris wheel in ages.

P.S.S.: There was also a freefall, but I thought to myself, "Dr. Doom is a plethora of times bigger and better."

Poseidon's Fury rehab

Last November, the water vortex was removed from Poseidon's Fury. Late November was your last chance to ride Poseidon's Fury with the water vortex. In the beginning of December, it became a mist vortex. A reader of screamscape pondered that the vortex would return in the summer, but that is unknown.

P.S.: I surmise that what they did was quite depressing. All they did was make the thing worse. Makes me wonder if they even bother to have it open, when the new Harry Potter island opens. They should turn Poseidon into a water coaster like Journey to Atlantis at SeaWorld Orlando (like I said in the July comment, "A Fake Closure").

Universal Future #5 Back?

On February 5, 2009, Fear Factor LIVE! (USF) closed for its seasonal schedule, where it will not reopen until Spring Break. Because of this, Universal Future #5 is back. I'm, once again, keeping an eye on it. The reason is because the Hollywood version was in the seasonal schedule shortly before it closed on August 14, 2008 to be replaced by Creature From the Black Lagoon: The Musical, because that version did not get popularity. Since this version is going on seasonal schedule, I surmise that soon, it will take the same path as its Hollywood cousin. Remember that August 2008 comment about me pondering on a Mamma Mia attraction. I think it should replace FF if it closes, which will be likely (hopefully). You read that right, like I said on the July comment about T2:3D rumored to be closing, I hope FF closes soon. That show is just AWFUL!
